世界中に衝撃と感動を巻き起こした破格のメガヒット超大作『アベンジャーズ／エンドゲーム』（19）の興奮から7年──　「アベンジャーズ」の名を冠し、新たなはじまりを迎える劇場映画最新作『アベンジャーズ／ドゥームズデイ』が2026年12月18日(金)より日米同時公開となる。2024年7月、アイアンマンとしてマーベル・シネマティック・ユニバース（MCU）をけん引し、「エンドゲーム」で“映画史に残る完璧な別れ”で世界を涙させたロバート・ダウニー・Jr.が、怪しく輝くシルバーのマスクまとう科学者ドクター・ドゥーム役で、ヴィランとしてMCUへ復帰するというサプライズ発表が行われた。さらに今回、MCUをロバート・ダウニー・Jr.とともに支え続けてきたもう一人の英傑、クリス・エヴァンス演じるスティーブ・ロジャースの「エンドゲーム」以来7年ぶりの“衝撃の復帰”を告げる特別映像が解禁された。監督を務めるルッソ兄弟が「本作は新しい“はじまり”なんだ」と力を込めるアベンジャーズの新章が動き始める。
