I downloaded the viral Verity entity into Minecraft to find out if it's actually real. What starts as a weird cardboard box quickly turns into a creepy smiling entity that can interact with me, follow me around, and even have a conversation.
I tested the viral Minecraft horror mod myself to see what Verity would actually do when I spawned it into my world. Things started off surprisingly normal... but the longer I stayed around this thing, the stranger it got.
