I'll put it into retro games. More of them exist than I can ever realistically play.

But for the rest of my life, it will be up to me when I choose to experience those games. So do Sony realize that when they drop a 1500 dollar PS6 with no physical discs to collect that everyone is just going to get PC and Steam because it’s the superior digital option or are they just really that stupid The PlayStation I loved is long gone man

- $1000 dollar consoles coming
- Subscription prices will rise
- Games will go up in price
- Less games made than ever (first party)
- Still a big focus on GAAS

The future of gaming has never looked so dark

This kills consoles. No hyperbole. The whole point of a console is to a special, in person experience with the games, going to the store, getting the disc out, and playing it forever to your hearts content

If all consoles will be now is just PC’s with less features, count me out This year really feels like the end for traditional gaming. Consoles less affordable, layoffs galore and now physical media on PlayStation is dead. Really hard to feel any excitement for any new consoles given this - I'm sure plenty of you don't care, but it matters a lot to me.
