From raid, Mythic Chimaerus is definitely a candidate, otherwise I'd do M+ on most chars before other bosses (besides the end bosses on Mythic).
Check your Wowhead guide and see if there's something you're overlooking (but also note that they don't know your life, there might be something they're overlooking for you).
