✨Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 60 Oreo cookies
• ¼ cup milk
• 2 cups cold heavy cream
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• Food coloring (optional)
Directions:
1. Separate the Oreos from any excess loose crumbs if needed, then blend the cookies with the milk until a thick, smooth paste forms. The mixture should hold together when pressed.
2. Transfer the Oreo mixture onto a large sheet of plastic wrap. Place another sheet on top and roll it out into a rectangle about ¼–½ inch thick. Remove the top layer of plastic wrap and place the base in the freezer for 20–30 minutes to firm up slightly.
3. In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
4. Divide the whipped cream into three bowls and tint each with food coloring if desired.
5. Spread or pipe the whipped cream evenly over the chilled Oreo base, leaving a small border around the edges. For a striped look, pipe diagonal lines of each color across the surface.
6. Using the plastic wrap to help guide you, carefully roll the Oreo sheet into a tight log, starting from one long side. Wrap tightly and freeze for 2–4 hours, or until firm.
7. Slice with a sharp knife and serve this colorful, creamy, no-bake Swiss roll! 🍪✨
