Starship launches Flight 13, the second launch of the Block 3 vehicle from Pad 2 at Starbase. This is the third attempt following a T-0 abort on July 16, and a weather scrub on July 23.

Launch Window: July 24th at 5:45PM to 7:15PM CDT (22:45-00:15 UTC)

Mission: Starship's 13th integrated flight test. Correcting issues from version 3's debut flight.
Launch location: Pad 2, Starbase, Earth.

Booster recovery: Expended - will attempt a water splashdown, no recovery.

Rocket trajectory: Southeast passing between Cuba and the Yucatan Peninsula.
Payload onboard: 20 Starlink v3 satellites, 6 of them fitted with a suite of cameras for heatshield inspection.
